Our trained and efficient staff helps assess injured workers before discharge from the hospital or care facility. The adjuster or nurse case manager simply sends in the discharge referral to initiate the process. We coordinate all of the various needs the injured worker has in order to make a smooth transition from the facility to home.
Our customer service department works in conjunction with the discharge planners at the facility, physician's office and insurance/TPA to set up a plan of care. Injured workers are given complete education on their plan and durable medical equipment needs. We take care of the equipment delivery and set-up, patient and/or caregiver training, including same day service when you call by 4 pm in your time zone.
